Noll Longboard Classic FAQ

Q: When is the event this year?

A: The Fourth Annual Stand-up and The 16th Annual Noll Longboard Classic will be held, October of 2011

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: No, There is a division for every age.

Q: How long must by surfboard be?

A: 9 feet or longer.

Q: Can I still surf if I am just a beginner?

A: Yes! Everyone else does. :)

Q: How do I enter the Stand-up or Longboard competition?

A: If you were a contestant in last years event, an entry form will be sent to your address on file. Entry forms are also available by fax, Call Noll Surf & Skate @ 707-465-4400 and in person at the Noll Surf & SkateShop. Additionaly we have an entry form available online for download. Send it or fax it back to us. Contact us if needed.

Q: What does it cost?

A: $40.00 to enter and you get a free t-shirt and goody bag.

Q: Do I just pay 1 entry fee for all divisions I enter?

A: You will have to pay the entry fee for each division you enter.

Q: Is there an entry deadline?

A: Yes, but you can also do beach entries and late entries for $45.00 and take the chance that there is space left in your division.

Q: Can I expect toI get a Heat Sheet mailed to me before the event?

A: Heat sheets will not be mailed out this year, they will be posted on our website here!

Q: Is there a good place to stay and eat while Im there?

A: Yes, our community and sponsors welcome surfers all year long. Contact us for a list of "Places to Stay & Eat", or check out our links page.

Q: Do You ever Need any Help?

A: YES, YES, YES! This event is put on by volunteers and we can always use help in many areas: Judges, Spotters, Pit Crew, Traffic Control, Program and poster distribution, Beach Crew, Noll Patrol and more. Contact us if you are interested in voluteering.

Q: How can I become a sponsor, vendor, raffle prize donor?

A: Contact the Noll Surf Shop and take care of some paperwork to get your company or name on the Poster, Program, Handouts and much more.
